In 2008 The Rockefeller Foundation commissioned SVT to assess the landscape of approaches to impact measurement that are suited to the private equity and debt context, and to advise members of its Impact Investors Collaborative on how they might coordinate efforts to measure the impact of their investments. Their goal with this information is to help them in their efforts to significantly increase the amount of capital being placed into impact investment.

The results of this work are presented here in two companion documents:
