Commissioned SVT to build an SROI model to quantify the net market, ecological, and societal value of their Mississippi River watershed reforestation projects. The model built trust with government and corporate partners and provided credible impact data that helped REF attract additional private funding for expanded land acquisition programs.

SVT is a preferred contractor for providing impact measurement and management services to Rethink Ireland’s awardees. We have provided a mix of group and one-to-one advisory and support to 18 different social enterprises and charities across three portfolios and counting, and has also led to advice on the the impact management framework of Rethink overall.

Engaged SVT to create a model to quantify the community value and social return on investment (SROI) in relation to financial ROI of a 100-year workforce housing project in which land in a cost-challenged area was donated by a church. This model bolsters TrueHomes plans to build and maintain thousands of homes that remain affordable for generations.

Teamed with SVT Group as an impact measurement and evaluation provider for the past six years, embarking in 2025 on a collaboration model that looks at a 5-year plan for how to grow the organization’s capacity to drive impact and value for the communities they serve across the state.

For this corporate venture fund, SVT led design, development and implementation of the Happiness Return Framework, an open-source methodology for estimating the impact of the fund’s investments on the wellbeing of all affected parties from incumbents to supply chain partners and the environment. This tool expands the definition of success for the venture capital industry, and has become a teaching case at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and in accelerator programs.

For this publicly-listed company SVT created a model to collect and quantify the value and costs of the internal diversity, equity and inclusion initiative. This enabled the different functions within the firm to see themselves, and made objective, transparent, and updatable the basis for the company’s strategic investment in inclusion.
